1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for AntiDate’s matchmaking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. "AntiDate": Refers to the exclusive boutique matchmaking service provided by the company, designed to facilitate romantic connections under these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. "G-Client": Denotes “Gentleman”; male individuals who have successfully registered and are utilizing the matchmaking services offered by AntiDate.
2.3. "A-Client": Designates female users who have enrolled and participate in the matchmaking services provided by AntiDate.
2.4. "AntiDate Ambassador": A-Clients specially selected and trained to conduct comprehensive AntiDate onboarding, ensuring that all necessary registration information is collected and authenticated. AntiDate Ambassadors also evaluate the potential and contribute to the preparation of Recommended Introductions. The pay rate for AntiDate Ambassadors is $30/AntiDate. A-Clients must successfully complete a 3-hour training course and skills evaluation (unpaid) and commit to scheduling three or more AntiDates per week, as necessary.
2.5. "AntiDate": Refers to the initial personal onboarding interview conducted between an AntiDate Ambassador and a G-Client. This interview allows the Ambassador to create a robust compatibility profile and collect personal data, and develop recommendations for future Introductions.
2.6. "Introduction": Defines the formal recommendation made by AntiDate, suggesting a potential romantic match between a G-Client and A-Client, based on the data and preferences collected during the onboarding process.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
3.1. AntiDate is a boutique matchmaking service designed to facilitate meaningful romantic connections between its registered users. By utilizing a unique approach that combines personal interviews, astrological compatibility assessments, and personalized matchmaking insights, AntiDate aims to deliver tailored matchmaking experiences. Our service includes an initial onboarding interview conducted by our AntiDate Ambassadors, followed by curated match recommendations, known as Introductions, between G-Clients (male users) and A-Clients (female users). Each Introduction is accompanied by detailed profiles and strategic insights to enhance the likelihood of a successful connection. The service is structured to ensure privacy, security, and satisfaction by adhering to stringent data protection practices and offering a dynamic referral program to encourage community growth.
3.2. Limited Service Capacity and Commitment to Inclusivity
3.2.a. Boutique Service Scope
3.2.a.(i).Heterosexual Clientele Focus: AntiDate is designed as a boutique matchmaking service, currently catering specifically to heterosexual individuals. This focus allows us to maintain a high level of personalized service and ensure that we can meet the distinct needs and preferences of our current clientele.
3.2.a.(ii). Capacity Limitations: Due to our limited operational capacity and resources, we are not presently equipped to extend our services to the full spectrum of the LGBTQIA+ communities without compromising the quality and attention we provide to our users.
3.2.b. Support for Inclusivity
3.2.b.(i). Commitment to All Orientations and Genders: AntiDate stands firmly in support of all individuals in their pursuit of meaningful romantic connections, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We believe that everyone deserves the right to love and be loved.
3.2.b.(ii). Future Expansion Vision: We are committed to inclusivity and are continuously exploring ways to broaden our service offerings. Should it become feasible and sustainable, AntiDate aspires to expand its services to better accommodate and support the diversity of human relationships, including those within the LGBTQIA+ communities.
3.3. Community Support
3.3.a. Advocacy and Awareness: While our current service is focused on a heterosexual clientele, AntiDate actively supports and advocates for inclusivity and acceptance across all communities. We strive to raise awareness and foster a culture of respect and understanding.
By using the AntiDate service, you acknowledge our current service capacity and focus, and understand our commitment to inclusivity and future expansion to serve a broader audience when possible.
4. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
4.1.
Registration Requirements

⦿ submission of completed Registration Form. You will be asked to provide:
⦿ your birth information, including date, time, and location
⦿ a photo of your valid government issued photo ID
4.2. Registration Process: To register for AntiDate, individuals must provide the following:
- A fully completed and accurate Registration Form reflecting personal details and dating preferences.
- Personal data including date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth for astrological compatibility checks.
- A scanned or photographed image of a valid government-issued photo identification for identity verification purposes.
- MEN ONLY: pay a one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee of $50.
4.3. Client Eligibility:
* An individual must be over the age of 21 to be eligible for use of AntiDate’s matchmaking service.
* Individuals involved in committed or exclusive romantic relationships are ineligible for AntiDate’s services.
- Clients who become ineligible due to a material change in relationship status can cancel their service or put their participation on indefinite hold pending further notice from Client by contacting AntiDate.
4.4. Approval and Due Diligence: AntiDate reserves the right to:
- Conduct thorough internet-based background investigations to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided during registration.
- Evaluate and decide on the approval or rejection of registration applications within two business days from receipt.
- Decline any registration submissions at its discretion without providing specific reasons to the applicant.
4.5. Non-Refundability Clause: Registration Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances with regard to match availability, user outcome, registration outcome, or subsequent service termination. Refunds may be given only in the event of successfully completed registration with subsequent determination by AntiDate that client is not eligible for the service prior to initial AntiDate interview.
5. FEES, REFERRALS, INCENTIVES
5.1. Fee and Incentive Schedules
- AntiDate is a pay-per-use service. G-Clients have the option to pay for Introductions as they become available. AntiDate’s Fees and Incentives Schedule for G-Clients and A-Clients are shown in the tables below.
**Upon reciept of Introduction, AntiDate cannot and does not guarantee, and will not compel a matched party to meet. AntiDate makes every effort to secure a commitment to meet in good faith, but will not be held responsible for a Matched Party deciding not to meet based on personal judgement.
5.2. Referral Incentive Program
5.2.a. A-Client Referral Incentive:
- Each A-Client will be issued a unique referral code upon completing registration.
- A-Clients will earn $5 for each G-Client who completes registration using their referral code, with earnings capped at $250 bi-annually, equivalent to 50 successful referrals per six month period.
- Incentive balance is capped at $250 at all times, and Referral Incentives are capped at 50 per 6 month period. Referral Incentive count, but not Incentive Balances will reset every six months (26 calendar weeks) from the date of registration.
- Referral Incentives may post to A-Client’s Incentive Balance any time between G-Client’s Registration approval and completed onboarding at AntiDate’s discretion.
- Once a mutually accepted Recommended Introduction results in a date, A-Clients can request disbursement of a $50 Date Incentive from their Incentive Balance via CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
- Date Incentives are only disbursed in $50 increments; Incentive Balances in an amount not equal to $50 have no redeemable cash value.
5.2.b. G-Client Referral Incentive:
- G-Clients will also receive a unique referral code upon registration.
- For every 20 A-Clients who register using a G-Clients's referral code, the G-Client will be credited with one complimentary Introduction.
- G-Client’s are limited to 3 Referral-based complementary Introductions per year.
6. INTRODUCTION PROCESS
6.1. Recommendation Review and Acceptance
6.1.a. All Client Responsibilities
- Recommended Introductions are sent to Clients as they become available, A-Clients receive new Recommended Introductions for review first.
- G-Clients only receive Recommended Introductions that are accepted by A-Clients.
- Recommended Introduction materials will be sent to Clients via email as a PDF attachment.
- Clients will be notified via phone call and text/SMS message that a Recommended Introduction is awaiting their review.
- Clients agree that email plus notification by phone and text constitute sufficient notice of pending recommendation, and agree to accept or decline Recommended Introduction within 72 hours of receipt of email.
6.1.b. A-Client Responsibilities
- A-Clients have 72 hours to assess and respond to an Introduction recommendation.
- Failure to respond to a Recommended Introduction within 72 hours will result in a $10 debit from A-Client’s Incentive Balance.
- By accepting an Introduction, A-Client consents to having A-Client’s email or other specified contact information provided to G-Client upon mutual acceptance of Introduction.
- A-Client acceptance of Introduction constitutes an agreement to make a good faith effort to meet G-Client in person.
- Declining a recommendation without providing constructive feedback will result in a $10 deduction from the A-Client’s Incentive Balance.
- A-Clients are allowed to decline up to three recommendations with constructive justification without incurring penalties.
- Further declinations beyond the initial three, regardless of justification, will incur a $10 debit from A-Clients Incentive Balance.
- A-Clients with an Incentive Balance of $0, and a history of declinations or non-responses, are at risk of having their participation in the service suspended or terminated at AntiDate’s discretion.
6.2. Introduction Acceptance and Fees:
6.2.a. G-Client Responsibilities
- G-Clients have 72-hours to review and decide whether to accept or decline a Recommended Introduction.
- Acceptance of an Introduction requires G-Clients to pay a $20 Introduction Fee.
- Upon receipt of payment, AntiDate will provide A-Client’s contact details and key insights to G-Client.
- G-Client is responsible for initiating contact via email or other contact method, if provided.
6.2.b. All Client Responsibilities
- Upon mutual acceptance of an Introduction, parties are responsible for arranging their own date and are expected to adhere to AntiDate’s Code of Conduct.
- Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on the quality of the introduction to their AntiDate Ambassador.
7. ANTIDATE AMBASSADORS
7.1. How to Become an Ambassador
7.1.a. Ambassador Application and Selection
- A-Clients, during registration with AntiDate, may select to complete an additional application for the role of AntiDate Ambassador.
- The Ambassador Application can be made available to A-Clients after successful registration upon request via email.
- Selection of Aspiring Ambassadors is based on responses to the Ambassador Application and a video-conferenced interview.
- Selected Applicants must complete 3-5 hours of unpaid training and pass a skills evaluation to receive contract appointment as an AntiDate Ambassador.
7.1.b. Skills and Commitments required of Successful Applicants: Successful applicants to the role of Ambassador will:
- Consistently demonstrate integrity, compassion, good judgement, critical reasoning ability, strong self- and other-awareness, strong communication skills, and ideological affinity with AntiDate’s stated mission.
- Be cognitively flexible enough to learn and utilize AntiDate’s assessment framework and matchmaking methodology regardless of personal beliefs about its scientific legitimacy.
- Commit to scheduling and completing at least three (3) AntiDates per week, including compilation and submission of onboarded G-Client dossiers.
- facilitating Introductions for their assigned G-Clients as they become available.
7.1.c. Training and Evaluation: Ambassador training and evaluation require 3-5 hours to complete, and will not be compensated. It will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- reading and basic comprehension of written material describing AntiDate’s compatibility assessment methodology and matchmaking framework
- demonstration of understanding material described above via satisfactory performance on written & multiple choice test.
- “Shadowing” an experienced Ambassador on an AntiDate onboarding interview and creating a practice dossier.
- Conducting their first AntiDate onboarding interview accompanied by an Experienced Ambassador and performing interview and dossier submission to satisfactory standards.
7.2. Regarding Payment: For tax purposes, AntiDate Ambassadors are 1099 contracted service professionals.
7.2.a. Pay Rate
- The pay rate for AntiDate Ambassador’s services is subject to change at any time, for any reason.
- Ambassadors will be advised of any change in pay rate at the earliest opportunity.
- The current pay rate for AntiDate Ambassadors is $20/AntiDate, and $10 per successful introduction.
7.2.b. How Paid
- Ambassador payments will be disbursed via the money-transfer app of their choice from options of CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
- No physical cash or checks will issue for payment.
- According to Ambassador preference, funds can be disbursed:
(i) weekly – funds will automatically be disbursed at a regular interval. Interval subject to change with notice. Transferred amount subject to platform transaction fees.
(ii) Upon request. A $5 convenience fee will be charged by AntiDate for disbursement made upon request. This fee is subject to chance with notice. Transferred amount is also subject to platform transaction fees.
7.2.c. When Paid
7.2.c.(i). Completed AntiDate Payment will be posted within 24 hours of approval of Completed G-Client dossier.
7.2.c.(ii). Successful Introduction payment will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of G-Client’s Introduction Fee.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
8.1. Expectations for All Clients:
- Clients must ensure all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
- Professionalism, respect, and courtesy must be exhibited in all interactions with other clients and AntiDate Ambassadors.
- Clients are expected to honor all scheduled meetings and dates.
- Privacy and confidentiality of all parties outside necessary disclosure within the AntiDate Ambassador Network must be strictly maintained.
- Clients are responsible for informing AntiDate of a material change in their relationship status
- Clients not adhering to this code or standard expectations of respectful civil conduct will be terminated from the service and legal action will be taken as necessary, at AntiDate’s discretion.
8.2. Conduct Requirements for AntiDate Ambassadors:
- Ambassadors must uphold a high standard of courtesy and empathy in their interactions.
- Client confidentiality must be protected except for essential disclosure required to perform matchmaking services within the Ambassador Network.
- Ambassadors are expected to provide intuitive, fair, and empathy-driven insight based on AntiDate’s assessment techniques, personal experience, and commitment to AntiDate’s mission.
- As A-Clients, AntiDate Ambassadors are not prohibited from pursuing romantic relationships with G-Clients.
- AntiDate Ambassadors are expected to refrain from onboarding additional G-Clients if Ambassador becomes involved in a committed or exclusive romantic relationship.
9. PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, STALKING, HARASSMENT, AND ABUSE
9.1. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities
9.1.a. Strict Prohibition: AntiDate maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of illegal activities, including but not limited to stalking, harassment, abuse, or any behavior that threatens the safety, security, or wellbeing of any user or employee.
9.1.b. Legal Compliance: Users are required to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using the AntiDate service. Engaging in or promoting activities that are illegal under these laws is strictly forbidden.
9.2. Prohibition of Stalking, Harassment, and Abuse
9.2.a. Stalking and Harassment: Any form of stalking, persistent unwanted attention, or harassment towards another user, AntiDate Ambassador, or employee is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated contact attempts, monitoring, or tracking an individual's activities without consent.
9.2.b. Abuse and Threats: Any abusive behavior, threats of violence, intimidation, or any conduct that could be considered abusive or harmful to others is strictly forbidden. This applies to communications both within and outside the AntiDate platform.
9.3. Consequences of Violation
9.3.a. Immediate Action: AntiDate reserves the right to take immediate and decisive action against any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities. Such actions may include suspension or termination of the user’s account, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and seeking legal remedies.
9.3.b. Investigation and Cooperation: AntiDate will thoroughly investigate any reports of prohibited behavior and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of criminal activities.
9.4. Reporting Violations
9.4.a. User Responsibility: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious, abusive, or illegal activities to AntiDate immediately. Reports can be made to [Insert Contact Information], and all reports will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.
9.4.b. Support and Protection: AntiDate is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and will offer support and protection to any individual affected by stalking, harassment, or abuse.
By using the AntiDate service, you agree to adhere to this prohibition clause. Violations will be addressed swiftly and with the full extent of the measures available to AntiDate, ensuring a secure and respectful community for all members.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
10.1.a. Service Content: All content, features, and functionality available through the AntiDate service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of AntiDate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
10.1.b Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the AntiDate service, whether registered or unregistered, are the property of AntiDate or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Restrictions on Use
10.2.a. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, or exploit any of the content or materials provided through the AntiDate service without the explicit written permission of AntiDate or the respective rights holder.
10.2.b. Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to AntiDate regarding the service shall be deemed non-confidential, and AntiDate shall be free to use such feedback without any restriction or compensation to you.
10.3. Infringement Claims
10.3.a. Notification: If you believe that any content on the AntiDate service infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us in writing at [Insert Contact Information] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, including your contact information.
10.3.b. Response: AntiDate will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, and/or terminating the accounts of repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

- Background checks are conducted with respect to user privacy and data protection regulations.
- All personal data is securely stored and managed to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
12. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
12.1. AntiDate's Limitation of Liability:
- AntiDate is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress resulting from the use of its services.
- The service does not guarantee the success of any introductions or matches.
- AntiDate disclaims responsibility for the actions or behaviors of users outside the scope of its services.
12.2. User Indemnification Agreement:
- Users agree to indemnify and hold AntiDate harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their conduct.
- Users accept full responsibility for their personal safety and decision-making.
- Users release AntiDate from any liability regarding the outcomes of their matches or interactions.
13. TERMINATION
13.1. Termination Rights:
- AntiDate reserves the right to terminate or suspend service access to any user found in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Accounts may be suspended pending investigation of misconduct.
- Memberships may be canceled without refund in cases of severe misconduct or repeated violations.
14. MODIFICATIONS
14.1. Terms Amendments:
- AntiDate may modify these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice provided to users.
- Updated terms will be made available on the AntiDate website.
- Continued use of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which AntiDate operates.
